Our Pastor

Randy Davis has been our pastor since 1988. He is a native of rural West Tennessee. He and his wife, Barbara, moved to New Orleans in 1978 to attend New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. While in seminary, Randy served as associate pastor of University City Baptist Church in Kenner, LA and worked a number of secular jobs. Barbara has worked in the banking industry since moving to Louisiana. In seminary, he earned the Master of Divinity and the Doctor of Theology degrees. He and Barbara have two grown children.

 Our Associate Pastor

Derek Wall is our Associate Pastor.  He is married to Korree and they have one daughter. Derek’s responsibilities include students, education, and outreach.  

Both Derek and Korree are natives of Louisiana.  Derek is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University.  And he holds the MA in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  Though he is a graduate of SLU, he is known as a rabid LSU fan and his office is armed with a samurai sword to protect his LSU memorabilia. As with any minister of youth, you enter his office with caution!  

 Our Administrative Assistant

Beckie Pistorius is the Administrative Assistant. She keeps the church office and many of the church programs going. She also works with the the GAs (Girls in Action) and serves on several committees. Beckie and her husband, Bob, have been married for 20 years and have three girls, ages 15, 10, and 8. She has lived in Pumpkin Center for 20 years and has been a member of Trinity Baptist Church since 2002. Beckie says, "Trinity Baptist Church has not only brought me closer to Christ, but it also has given me a Christian family that I have come to know and love."

Our Interim Minister of Music

Jessica Bryan grew up in Trinity Baptist Church and has a life-long interest in music. She and her husband, Dave, hold the Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is trained in opera and has written several pieces of Christian music. Jessica leads the choir weekly and develops seasonal musical programs.  Dave and Jessica have two cats, Ella and Bob and one Sheltie named Chloe.You can hear some of Jessica's music by going to http://jessicabryanmusic.com/
